Job Responsibilities -Provide remote support and resolution of computer software/hardware problems through telephone diagnosis and direction. -Research and resolve procedural service reports. -Respond to and diagnose service issues through discussions with customers and assign appropriate support. -Serve as single point of ownership for customer issues to ensure resolution. -Document customer issues, troubleshooting steps and resolution using the call-tracking tool. -Understand customer business processes and prioritize incoming accordingly. -Promote customer relations. Education/Experience -Degree or diploma in business/technology or equivalent. -1-3 years related professional experience. -Must be fully bilingual (French / English) -Knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux operating systems or Microsoft Certification, CompTIA, A+, or equivalent experience; OR Programming experience with Basic or similar language. -Experience with recording calls received; troubleshooting customer problems on the phone; diagnosing, data gathering, analyzing, resolving and escalating problems; following up problems and closing issues.
