Assessor (except tax) (Lighting Upgrade Assessor)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day
Salary: Remuneration Based on Commission Only
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Area of Assessor and Appraiser Specialization: Commercial and industrial buildings and property
Additional Skills: Know and use computer hardware and software
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use
Other Information:Assess small businesses in the Barrie and Markham area that qualify for a free energy efficient lighting upgrade. Program training will be provided.
