Collector (Customer Retention Specialist)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $9.75 to $12.90 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Trace and locate debtors, Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments, Visit debtors to collect amount due or to make payment arrangements, Recommend legal action or discontinuation of service, Maintain records and files, Prepare reports, Store, update and retrieve financial data, Answer clients’ inquiries and provide information, Work with on-line accounts and systems, Perform general office duties
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Vehicle supplied by employer
