Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Overtime, Day
Salary: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Brampton, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): WHMIS, Driver’s License
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Project Size Estimating Experience: 0 – $100,000
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Spreadsheets, Databases, Estimating packages
Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare bill of material, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Select sub-trades, Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
