Financial Accountant, No. 2 Finance, Real Estate

A Global property group is looking for a Financial Accountant, No. 2 Finance, Real Estate to join their team. The company looks to invest and develop in hotels and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts function; which will include everything from raising and posting invoices through to reviewing the IFRS compliant accounts. You will be an excellent communicator as the role will include liaising with the auditors and third party administrators. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the local service providers are providing the relevant information and therefore some remote management experience would be ideal.
