General labourer – manufacturing (PALLET BUILDING)

Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $10.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Barrie, Ontario (5 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Packaging company
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Clean work areas and equipment, Perform other labouring and elemental activities
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Work Site Environment: Dusty
Essential Skills: Reading text, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making
