AJILON is recruiting for numerous positions of HELP DESK ANALYST: As a Help Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing technical support for the resolution or escalation of desktop/workgroup related problems; provide the initial point of contact for technical problems and perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalation, including setup, installation, and configuration of desktop hardware and software.

Years of experience related to the job offer : 1 to 6 months experience
Description of qualifications : Requires general knowledge of harware and software components, local to the desktop and as they relate to the network. Strong Communication Skills. Excellent troubleshooting Skills. Strong attention to detail and strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a call center environment.
