Host/Hostess Specific Skills: Resolve customers’ complaints, Answer customers’ questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, Receive payments from customers
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning
