Inbound customer service representative (Bilingual (Eng/French) CSR)  (NOC: 1453)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift
Salary: $34,400.00 Yearly for 37.5 hours per week, Bonus, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Vision Care Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: 2008/10/14
Location: Toronto Centre, Ontario (10 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French
Work Setting: Financial services
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Arrange for billing for services, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Access and process information
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Credit check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Other Information: Must be fully Bilingual in English and French. Work location is Victoria Park & Steeles. Full-time position with Canada’s #1 bank. Must be flexible to work between 2pm and Midnight, 7 days per week
