Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Service and Repair: Photocopiers, Fax machines
Work Location Information: On-site customer service
Specific Skills: Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving
Other Information:The service technician will provide support ranging from initial consultation to long-term product support concentrating on relationship management, product maintenance and future business development
