Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: WordPerfect, Excel, ACCPAC, Windows
Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 – 40 wpm
Type Of Payroll Method: Computerized
Specific Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain employee records, Prepare balances or reconciliations, Process forms and documentation for administration of benefits, Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
Additional Skills: Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Finding information, Computer use
Other Information:ADP Pay at work program, US and Canadian payroll experience along with Benefits Administration experience. CPA Designation required.
