Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Project Size Estimating Experience: $4,000,001 – $8,000,000
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Spreadsheets, Estimating packages, Take-off packages, Scheduling packages
Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Project cash flow and financing requirements, Select sub-trades, Advise on tendering procedures
Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Arbitrate in contract disputes, Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
Security and Safety: Bondable
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
