Residential property manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Technical Experience: Renovations, Electrical, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, Plumbing, Mechanical, Read blueprints, Exterior property maintenance, Interior property maintenance, Grounds maintenance
